  • Uploaded images — Temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2, auto-deleted after 24 hours.
  • Email address (paid users) — Stored while account exists for account management.
  • Payment information — Handled by Stripe/PayPal. We do not store card details.

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address — Security, abuse prevention (30 days, Cloudflare logs).
  • Device fingerprint — Abuse prevention (30 days).
  • Usage analytics — Service optimization (per analytics tool configuration).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service (generate cover images) — Contract basis
  • Process payments and subscriptions — Contract / Legal Obligation
  • Prevent abuse and fraud — Legitimate Interests
  • Improve and optimize the Service — Legitimate Interests / Consent

  • OpenAI — Text prompts, uploaded images for image generation
  • Google Gemini — Text prompts, uploaded images for image generation
  • Xiaomi MiMo — Uploaded images for reverse prompt extraction

  • Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity / Plausible — Usage analytics

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI-Generated Content

Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI services for processing. We do not control how these services handle your input data. We recommend not uploading sensitive or confidential images.

5. Data Retention

  • Uploaded images — 24 hours (auto-deleted)
  • Generated images — 24 hours (auto-deleted)
  • Account email — While account exists
  • Payment records — As required by law
  • IP / device logs — 30 days

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getthumbai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, Cloudflare security services, do not store payment card details, and automatically delete uploaded content after 24 hours.
